Land & Design is a practice based on the principle that great projects are rooted in the rigorous examination of place, time, and context. Our process begins with a fundamental understanding of the ground below our feet. We seek to absorb the environment in which each project exists while creating a place that reflects the values and conditions of the people who will occupy the space. We are opportunistic yet selective, open-minded but critical, and collaborative while preserving the values learned from experience.
